Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within one working day. Customer purchases will be confirmed by way of emailed payment receipts.

Our offering through this website is available worldwide. No regions are deliberately excluded.

We endeavour to provide digital goods for automatic download after a customer’s payment has been independently verified. In cases where the customer can show that their purchase was unsatisfactory in either not matching its marketing description or proving unworkable, we will refund the client in full within 30 days.

As detailed in our website’s privacy policy, we take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of our site’s users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). We take responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction. These include: sale of goods and services sold on this website; customer service and support; dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

We choose as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
