Apps with you
Create With is currently developing Shushmoji and createwithpixels apps for Android and Apple. If both apps prove a hit with users, Create With plans to work with emergent app developers for supporting their design of apps aimed at young creatives. In time, we want to develop a portfolio of innovative GUIs that are profitable for their makers.
Challenges in app development
Young software developers face many obstacles in moving their original software project from an interesting idea to a well-branded, legally-sound, user-friendly app that users value and businesses want to buy. Create With™ aims to support new projects with (i) financial investment, (ii) brand development, (iii) software review and graphic user interface (GUI) refinement, then finally (iv) selling a project’s IP and GUI, where agreed, and (v) rewarding its developers. Create With’s app profits will be re-invested in supporting new projects.
Create With™’s non-disclosure and royalty agreement are signed with the app’s developers.
The app’s software code will be registered as IP before the public launch.
Legal documents will protect the app’s intellectual property (IP), developer and users.
The app will be refined with creative users’ feedback.
If an app achieves significant traction, Create With™ will market its IP.
If a business buys IP, Create With™ will support its handover.
Create With™ and the new G.U.I.s
Create With™ is a halfway house incubator for software for creative users.
The first two apps are Shushmoji and createwithpixels.
Both projects will be refined with user-feedback during improvement phases.
The IP for the apps may be sold if they prove popular.
Learnings from these projects will be collated and shared in research publications.
This knowledge will also be shared by Create With™ with emergent developers.
Create With™ will use these learning to shortlist apps for a new starter hive.
The emergent developers and Create With™ work to launch and refine a new app.
With the app successfully out in the wild, Create With™ will shortlist candidates in stage 7 and the process will repeat.
